Accounting Assistant
Lone Tree, CO

We are seeking a construction Accounting Assistant at our Lone Tree, Colorado office. Minimum 2-5 years’ experience necessary. Flexibility to handle administrative tasks outside of accounting. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a committed individual to grow with us!

Duties include, but are not limited to; assistance with the preparation and submittal of payment applications in AIA G702/G703 format, collection and review of subcontractor payment applications and lien waivers for accuracy, may prepare and process change orders. Data entry and maintenance of project accounting information in Procore. Knowledge of lien laws and forms. Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and working knowledge of Sage 300 (Timberline) accounting system, DocuSign and Procore.

Other qualities include the ability to work and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels; strong technical and written communication skills; as well as the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines. Diligence in establishing positive rapport with subs/vendors to obtain timely documents needed for processing payables.

A valid driver's license and proof of employment eligibility required.

Superintendent
Livermore, CA

We are in need of traveling Superintendents, flexible to travel throughout northern/southern California as the need arises. Experience with open-store remodels, as well as ground-up construction and scopes of all sizes. Flexibility to work evening shifts on occasion. Walmart SWPPP and Project Manager certified a plus! Other qualities include the ability to work and communicate effectively and appropriately with individuals at all levels; strong written and technical skills; as well as the ability to make sound, objective decisions in a fast-pace environment.

Minimum 8-10 years' experience working for a general contractor performing work for national retailers. A valid driver's license and proof of employment eligibility required.
