Superintendent
Denver, CO

We are in need of traveling Superintendents, flexible to travel throughout Colorado as the need arises. Experience with open-store remodels, as well as ground-up construction and scopes of all sizes. Flexibility to work evening shifts on occasion. Walmart SWPPP and Project Manager certified a plus! Other qualities include the ability to work and communicate effectively and appropriately with individuals at all levels; strong written and technical skills; as well as the ability to make sound, objective decisions in a fast-pace environment.

A valid driver's license and proof of employment eligibility required.

Project Assistant
Lone Tree, CO

We are seeking an experienced construction Project Assistant, based at our state-of-the-art office in Lone Tree, Colorado.  Minimum 2-5 years' experience working for a general contractor preferred.

A variety of duties may include, but are not limited to, assistance with project administration and accounting. Preparation and submittal of owner payment applications in AIA G702/G703 format; collection and review of subcontractor payment applications and lien waivers for accuracy; preparation and processing of field work directives, change orders and subcontracts; managing and tracking of various logs and reports; data entry and maintenance of information in Procore.

Knowledge of lien laws and forms, as well as various construction contract documents. Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and working knowledge of Sage 300 (Timberline) accounting system, DocuSign and Procore. Other qualities include the ability to work and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels; strong technical and written communication skills; as well as the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Diligence in establishing positive rapport with subs/vendors.
