Calling all TRAVELING SUPERINTENDENTS!!! We are in need of career Superintendents for commercial retail projects throughout Southern California. Must be willing to travel to various projects as the need arises. Extensive experience with varying project scopes and sizes; with a heavy concentration in open store remodels, big-box retail, grocery, restaurants, industrial and entertainment markets. Flexibility to work night shifts on occasion.
Minimum 8 years' experience working for a general contractor performing work for national retailers desired. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project and working knowledge of Procore or other project management database. Must be a self-starter, assertive, highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and have a strong work ethic. Other qualities include the ability to work and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels, as well as make sound, objective decisions in a fast-pace environment. Bachelor's degree in Construction/Project Management or graduated from an accredited college or university preferred. A valid driver's license and proof of employment eligibility required.
