Shames Construction prides itself on delivering,
high-quality work on time, every time. A key ingredient to making that
happen is the professional group of subcontractors that Shames works
with. If your company is interested in becoming a
Shames Construction subcontractor, we require that you complete the
following Subcontractor Pre-Qualification Form, prior to being placed on
our bidders list. Furthermore, proof of insurance will be required
before a contract is awarded. Only complete Subcontractor Pre-Qualification
Forms will be reviewed by our estimating department and project
managers. Additional questions may be required and upon acceptance,
approved subcontractors will be placed in our database to be invited to
bid on future projects.
Completed Subcontractor Pre-Qualification Forms may be
