Some of the most complex and regulated work that Shames Construction performs is site work. Taking a multi-acre,
green field parcel and transforming it into a properly graded site complete with extensive storm water retention and treatment systems, roadways, building pads, and all the other components required for people to safely and easily access the buildings once completed is an incredibly complex process that Shames has mastered. Our project managers and site superintendents have received extensive training and SWPPPs certification to ensure that all site work meets or exceeds EPA standards and that this critical building phase is completed without complications. |
