Barry Shames, Chairman

As the son of a builder, Barry has been in the construction business his entire life.  With over 35 years of experience in all aspects of the construction industry, his responsibilities include business development, insurance and community service.  Barry received his degree in Business Administration from Boston University.  Barry is a past President of the Retail Contractors Association and is a current board member of the Livermore Chamber of Commerce and the Livermore Valley Winegrowers Foundation.

Carolyn Shames, President & CEO

Carolyn's combination of over 25 years of hands-on experience in construction management and a master's degree in architecture make her a complete builder.  She oversees all construction field operations and field superintendents and the management of the office staff including project management, estimating, purchasing, legal affairs, technology, human resources and administrative support staff coordination.  Carolyn received her Master of Architecture degree from the University of Colorado.
