Based upon the successful completion of previous work, Restaurant Depot asked Shames to travel outside our normal west coast territory to construct this 59,000 square foot pre-engineered metal frame building and perform all site work for the 5 acre lot. This wholesale grocer's building features multiple refrigeration systems to provide efficient cooling for the approximately 18,000 square feet of walk-in coolers, freezers and cold receiving areas.
